Description: This is the third in a series of special webinars aimed at health care professionals that explores how to improve health care workplace culture by increasing healthy behaviors and eliminating harmful behaviors. This webinar shows how risk is reduced by putting Patients First when physicians and staff model improved interdisciplinary communication, create an environment of respect and support, continually build a culture of professionalism and work together as a team.


Objectives:

  1. Describe how the experience and results of a ‘group coaching model’ reduce risk, engage providers/staff, and increase patient experience through a 5-stage process that can be spread throughout an organization.
  2. Understand how behavior, communication and accountability are the essential building blocks to build a healthy work environment that reduces risk.
  3. Recognize when individual behaviors need to be addressed through coaching or other interventions.
